DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, products and services sold by DaGouFeng Store are digital. No physical package will be shipped for a digital product.

Ready-made digital products are normally delivered after successful payment through a download link, customer account, email, or another delivery method shown on the product page.

Please make sure that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

CUSTOM DESIGN SERVICES

Delivery times for custom work depend on the product, complexity of the request, number of revisions, and how quickly the customer provides the required information.

Work begins after:

• Payment has been successfully completed

• The customer has provided a complete design brief

• All necessary text, images, sizes, and reference materials have been received

The estimated delivery time will be displayed on the product page, order confirmation, or agreed with the customer after the project requirements are reviewed.

Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, additional revision requests, or changes to the original project scope may extend the delivery date.

DELIVERY FEES

There are no physical shipping charges for digital products. Any applicable product charges, taxes, or additional customization fees will be shown during checkout or agreed before extra work begins.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

If DaGouFeng Store offers a physical product, the product page will clearly identify it as a physical item and provide the available shipping method and estimated delivery time.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their country unless otherwise stated.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If you have not received your digital product or cannot access your files, please check your spam or junk folder first. You can then contact us with your order number and the email address used during checkout.

We will help verify the order and resend or restore access when appropriate.
